Loss to ends of spine and lower corner of front cover, slight wear to top edge, very clean condition. Preserved in a removable jacket protector. Overall jacket condition is Very Good Minus. Book: Quarter green buckram with illustrated paper covered boards. Damp staining to head of spine and slightly to top edge of boards. Slight wear to lower corners. Text printed on thick grey-green paper. Complete with all tipped-in Edwin Noble plates. Very slight damp staining to upper edge of pastedown endpapers. Very slight rippling to upper margin of some pages, internally the book is otherwise in exceptional condition. A very attractive vintage children's title. Overall book condition is Very Good. Size: 9 x 11 inches (22.5 x 28 cm). Hardback. Printed pages: viii, 117.
