In the black area, a shiny area ( 2 by 4 inches) exists where a sticker or something was once placed. The last few pages have a waviness near the lower edge (app. size is one-half inch by three inches.) Affects the bio page and the lower margin of the last plate. Laid in is a photograph on Kodak Professional print paper that is dated Dec. 3, 2003 "by A3 Media" with an indecipherable signature, in black ink.
