Bound in stiff printed wrappers. A note by a Kirkland pioneer is written on the half-title page. In addition, she has underscored and provided hash marks next to text germane to her interest. Original 1977 receipt from the Kirkland Public Library, which is laid-in, has left offsetting to pp. 46-47. The annotation by the Kirkland pioneer indicates she was born in Kirkland in 1890; she also references her parents and their birthplaces and birthdates. In addition, a index in her hand is laid-in.
