Condition is Near Fine: actually brand new, but suffered a bit of light coffee-colored spotting to front cover. Else, completely clean & bright & unmarked, with a bit of an upward curve to bottom outer edges. Nicely bagged & boarded in archival mylar/cardboard backing for your collection.
