Gray paper covers with nicks/scuffs at edges and some surface abrasions; past owner's name-address label affixed at front cover's bottom right; black binding tape affixed over spine and adjacent cover margins. Typescript-style text on what are likely xerographed pages (inherent variances to the quality of reproduction); initial two leaves (Title and Contents) are single-sided on rectos only; third leaf is a dull yellow sheet with b/w reproduction of Bronson family crest on verso only; primary text on pages 1-171 is double-sided with three single-sided b/w plate leaves featuring portrait images of various family members. Past owner's surname signature at top of front free endpaper; red ink underlining to several names on pages 2-3 but no other such markings readily apparent upon a cursory perusal. Laid-in between pages 30-31 is folded and wrinkled single-sided sheet presumably offering an addenda of additional genealogical relations. OCLC summary: "John Brownson (ca. 1600-1680), son of Roger and Mary Underwood Brownson of Lamarsh and Earl's Colne, England, came to New England in 1635 and died in Farmington, Connecticut.
