Text in Spanish. There are 3 types of copy of this book, of which this is type "C," no. 236. Type "C" has "1,100 copies with a sheet of special cardboard that represents in four colors the same map as the interior sheets" (translated from paragraph on a cover page). This "intelligent selection of a hundred sheets is collected with the faithful reproduction of the most significant maps of our country, from the very eve of the Columbian discovery until the end of the 19th century" (translated from "Liminar" page). This is a beautiful, nearly flawless copy without interior wear or markings, and is a beautiful addition to any collection. VG-.
