Almost certainly a book used to aid treatment of World War Two injuries. Copyright page states 'Reprinted June, 1944'. To my untutored eyes this appears to be an astonishingly detailed medical surgery book. Light discoloration along the front cover spine edge else light wear. Quite scarce. VERY GOOD.
