The pages are white with little wear and no marks except an owner's stamp inside the front cover. The book is illustrated with photographs and maps. 19 chapters are offered in four parts: The Ocean; The Land; The Friendly Artic; and Modern Man in the Artic. 142 pages with a thorough index in the back.
