Ephemera. Condition: Near Fine. A circa 1926 ad leaflet for the "Eureka" cook stove, with the faint rubber stamp of "J.A. Wilson, General Hardware Merchant, Manotick, Ontario" near bottom edge of ad in the "For Sale By" space. Date of 1926 from J.A. Wilson's Manotick hardware store ad published in the April 26th 1926 edition of The Ottawa Journal. A single advertising leaflet, measuring 11 x 8 inches wide, with toning, a small water stain at bottom left corner and a few small tears, verso blank. A brand new "Eureka" stove, offered here at the mid-winter sale price of $36.95. With the stove weighing in at 300 pounds, that's just over 12 cents per pound!
