Book with decorated boards, blue with dark blue design. Dark blue spine with silver lettering. Top, bottom and fore-edges dyed blue. Illustrated with paintings by Fritz Kredel and based upon the film version of the play created by Laurence Olivier.

Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Fritz Kredel (illustrator). 33.5 x 22.5 cm. Folio. Cream cloth with gilt decorations, in slipcase. xxix 157pp. Limited to 1500 copies of which this is copy 684. Not signed by anyone. Illustrated with color plates based on paintings by Fritz Kredel on frames from Sir Laurence Olivier's 1944 film. Some discoloration to the slipcase, very nice copy overall.
