Softcover. Condition: Fine. 28" x 19." On heavy uncoated paper. 1995 Boston Marathon print by Evey Schweig. The 1995 Boston Marathon, held on April 17th, saw Cosmas Ndeti [Kenya] win the men's race with a time of 2:09:22, and Uta Pippig [Germany] win the women's race in 2:25:11. Ndeti was also the 1994 champion and set a course record, while Pippig defended her 1994 win. The race featured some notable competitors, including Elana Meyer according to 'Swiftwick,' and Madina Biktagirova and Tegla Loroupe according to 'Take The Magic Step.'.
