The isolates tested for ectomycorrhizal formation twice the first; using the paper sandwich technique with Bauhinia sp. and typical ectomycorrhizal roots were obtained after 7 days from inoculation within most of collected isolates and the second, with Pinus sp. to ensure their identity by the colonization characteristics on this host. Although composting has been practiced for thousands of years, the research studies have been, until the 20th century, progressed to spur increased interest in composting and compost use as well as gave a way to interest the development by the broad of scientists of various disciplines such as agronomy, mechanical engineering, horticulture, mushroom science, soil science, microbiology and ecology. L'expression enzymatique de l'amylase, de la pectinase, de la cellulase et de la phosphatase a été évaluée pour tous les isolats. Les six isolats présentant la plus forte expression ont fait l'objet d'analyses complémentaires portant sur la production de chitinase, puis ont été identifiés à l'aide du système d'identification Biologe. Quatre isolats identifiés comme Bacillus circulans ont été utilisés comme mélange bio-accélérateur dans le compostage de tiges de fèves, de tiges de maïs et de paille de riz. Les changements physiques, chimiques et microbiologiques survenus au cours du compostage de ces trois déchets ont été comparés en appliquant différentes combinaisons d'accélérateurs biologiques, organiques et inorganiques. La qualité de la paille de riz compostée biologiquement a été évaluée en tant qu'amendement organique pour la culture de pommes de terre et de brocolis dans des conditions d'agriculture biologique. L'évaluation a consisté à comparer les effets de la paille de riz compostée biologiquement à ceux de la dose recommandée de fumier de poulet, ainsi qu'à examiner ces effets en fonction de l'augmentation des doses de compost appliquées. L'application de la paille de riz compostée biologiquement s'est toujours révélée supérieure à celle du fumier de poulet.…
