In addition this copy has a full page holograph poem in Duncan's hand dated 1947, In further addition it is signed again by Duncan at the front after a short gift Inscription to a close friend and future Literary scholar! The poem at the rear is 26 lines in length and dated both 1946 (first part) and 1947. It seems to have a religious theme, but mentions both Christianity and Classical sources. Minor darkening to the end papers as is common. Lightly stained area on the front cover. Otherwise an attractive example with a great association and a full page poem!
