Soft Cover. Condition: Poor. First Edition. 60pp. Set of 4 blueprints still attached to rear wrap. First blue print has a long closed tear. Wraps heavily soiled from use. Rectangular piece missing from the top edge of the front wrap. "1923" written on the front wrap in pencil. Tips and spine ends are rubbed. Lower tips are bumped. Former owner notes on front endpaper. Two small tears at the top edge of the rear wrap. A very usable copy! Text is clean and unmarked.
