Blue cloth stamped in gilt lettering. 267 pages with about 70 illustrations - quite a few on slick paper and some in color. . Several lines of text highlighted in yellow. Binding has a few quite small worn spots at edges etc. Back of binding has a dark discoloration - somewhat inconspicuous. A very nice former owner's illuminated name on front pastedown in blue, black and red. Flyleaf, half-title page and rear free endpaper browned a little. Just very little foxing in a few spots. Solid - hinges tight. Good+.
