Lucy Graham-Toler (1876-1966), the Countess of Norbury who was also known as Fay Ellis. She was the daughter of Rev. Hon William Charles Ellis and Henrietta Elizabeth Ames, and the wife of William Graham-Toler, 4th Earl of Norbury. In this book she gives brief accounts of her memories of travel through Norway, Sweden, and the Outer Hebrides and Skye, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The book is bound in the original light blue cloth covered boards with dark blue titling on the spine and front board. The case of the book is in very good condition with some shelf wear to the boards and bumping to the spine ends. The contents are tight and clean although the book does suffer from foxing to most of the pages, including the title-page. The foxing is mostly light to moderate with a few pages being more heavily affected. The half-title page and last page of the book are fairly heavily affected and are also browned. The fore edge of the text block is heavily foxed and the top and bottom edges of the text block are moderately foxed. A publishing error has caused the placing of pages 35 and 45 (chapter headers) to be exchanged. There is no inscription.

Taschenbuch. Condition: Neu. Neuware - This book is a 'must read' for those working in ministries as well as individuals who 'plan to win' in the relentless challenges and attacks Satan sends against individuals, families and churches. As 'the prince of this world' and 'the prince of demons' Satan attempts to RULE with acts, thoughts and feelings of REJECTION. Rejection, the Ruling Spirit is a real force and power with the intent of controlling man's inner man with 'the spirit of rejection.' Acts of rejection can be as simple as being slighted at social gatherings or as harsh as rape or incest. Responses can range from slight depression to suicide. Read this book and learn how to win and keep winning because Jesus' sacrificial death has made us 'kings and priests unto God.' FAY ELLIS BUTLER was raised in the Church of God in Christ, a daughter of a pastor, Rev. R.N. Ellis, Sr. After completing her secondary education in the public schools of New York City, she attended Bellevue/New York University School of Nursing and became a Registered Nurse. She has traveled all over the United States (including Alaska), Africa, Asia, South America and the Caribbean as a missionary. She is the wife a pastor, Rev./Atty.// John L. Butler, the mother of seven children and eight grandchildren. She considers herself greatly blessed of God because all of her children are servants of the Master working faithfully in their respective churches.
