In addition, learning and training, empowering users, separate operation support, promoting ERP system are external factors. Además, el aprendizaje y la capacitación, la potenciación de los usuarios, el apoyo a las operaciones por separado y la promoción del sistema de planificación de los recursos institucionales son factores externos. Por último, en el presente estudio se propone un modelo de asimilación de la PRE denominado TAMI, en el que se han considerado los elementos combinados de la teoría de la interferencia y la TAM.
