Hardcover. Condition: vg. Editorial Construcciones Sudamericanas. 152 leaves resting in decorative paper-covered portfolio with cloth folding flaps and string-tie. Illustrated with 129 mainly color (some b/w) reproductions of drawings showing wrought ironwork of doors, door handles, door hinges, door knockers, locks, gates, clocks, lanterns, lighting fixtures, etc. Wrought iron is commercially pure iron and in contrast to steel has very low carbon content. Remaining leaves are text, list of plates, title & section pages. Age wear, scuffing, sunning and minor abrasions on portfolio. Slight age toning on leaves. Text in Spanish. Portfolio in good, plates in overall very good condition. Complete as issued. From colophon: "Esta obra termino de imprimerse en los talleres graficos 'Optimus' Valentin Gomez 2749 - Buenos Aires.
