Die Ursache davon ist, weil der Tabaksbau in der Toskana nicht gerathen wollte, und die Unterthanen über schlechten Tabak unaufhörlich klagten. Notification vom 19. Oct. 1791, worin obiges Monopol genau bestimmt und erklärt wird, auch diejenigen Städte und Oerter benannt werden, wo die Tabaksadministration ihre Niederlagen halten wird.
