No alvorecer do novo milênio, em um dos centros de produção de design do velho mundo, havia um grupo de jovens arquitetos latino-americanos. Tal como os peregrinos e migrantes fizeram durante milhares de anos, eles pensavam que iam adquirir conhecimento em troca de sua cultura. Em vez disso, encontraram o seu próprio conhecimento e usaram-no para subverter as ordens centro/periferia, Norte/Sul, conhecimento/cultura, gerando novos significados e novos conceitos para a disciplina e a prática da arquitetura. Supersudaca, Incomplete Works celebra as duas primeiras décadas desta parceria e dá o tom para mais obras no futuro. Também resiste à ideia de completude, enfatizando os processos como eixo central.
