Hardcover. First Edition. 5 x 7.75in. viii. 512pp. Publisher's diamond cloth boards with gilt titling. Engraved paste-down ads, one of which is for the "Opera House Bookstore." VERY GOOD. Shows the extremities shelf rubbed, spine somewhat darkened, boards lightly rubbed, slight spotting of the early and late text-block, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text is clean and unmarked, and the boards remain distinct. As pictured.
