This 2 part volume is an important text in its own right as a landmark in the study of the psychophysiology of the senses, especially Ewald Hering's 'Raumsinn des Auges' in Part 1 (he also contributes a chapter on 'Temperatursinn' to Part 2 ). Despite lib. provenance this remains an extremely acceptable copy with no significant structural defects or browning.
