Hardcover. Ca 1898-1901 (9th of 10 titles listed in publisher's ad, with the last being "Courage True Hearts" which apeared in 1899) . Original green, orange and black pictorial cloth (boy with dog; full rigged sailing ship in background) , 287 pp, illustrated with plates (all present) . Hardcover, good to very good, no dustjacket. Corners bumped with a bit of cardboard exposed there, spine moderately faded, some soil, drop marks and scuffing on cloth, foxing along edges of textblock. Internally, paper lightly age yellowed, moderate foxing throughout, otherwise tight, clean, relatively crisp and unmarked. Politically incorrect adventures in the wilds of Bolivia and the Amazon rain forest. Children's; travel; exploration.
