Perhaps signed… during Fio Rito's 1941 Willamette Park appearance, perhaps not; former owner had a different composer's photo signed at Portland-area appearance. Fio Rito (born Theodore Salvatore Fiorito) was a popular composer, bandleader, and keyboardist who popped up in many radio broadcasts during the 1920s and '30s.
