Condition: Binding is very good plus with a fair dust jacket: Dust jacket has some light smudging and scuffing and a small closed tear at center spine, and a tiny hole to the rear flap. Cloth binding is tight. There is a small bump to bottom edge of front board. Otherwise, covers and Interior are clean, bright and unmarked.

The entries are organized alphabetically by state. This book is in good condition, with some wear and staining to the fabric covers. There is also a small dent in the top of the front cover. In addition, the first two fly leaves are torn at the bottom, but this does not affect any of the text. There is some slight cracking to the front hinge. The back fly leaf has what appears to be a name written in pencil. The book also features beautiful marbled page edges.
