In good plus russet coloured cloth boards, with blind stamped ruled edges, black and gilt decorated circle to front with gilt titles and gilt titles to spine. The boards are flat, quite light and slightly loose to front and with bumped corners and spine ends. The end papers are tanned, especially around the edges; the front free end paper has a dedication. The gutters of the end papers are split. The text block has slightly tanned title page and facing page and last page of publisher's list. The pages inside are unmarked.
