The book was published by Crowell-Collier Press in 1971 and appears to be a First Edition though it is not specifically stated as such. It DOES have the appropriate number line. It IS an ex-library copy and both the book and the dust jacket are in very good condition but for the library markings. There's very little wear to the book and dust jacket. The book is 5 3/4" by 8 1/2" and has 182 pages with an Index and a Table of Contents. "This fascinating biography provides insight into the personal philosophies and political machinations of this country's earliest leaders.
