Softcover. Condition: Fair. First Edition (?). Side-stapled cloth overlain with pictorial paper. Much wear ro edges, corner sand surface. Spine completely worn away but stapled binding is quite secure and book is square. First twenty pages or so have much wear with parts of pages torn away. The bulk of the book, with its very nice, late 19th century illustations is in nice shape except for some foxing and toning. Not really a collectible copy but a usable one, particularly for illustrations. ; Color and B&W Illustrations; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; Unpaginated pages; Story and poem book with many full-page illustrations. First part of volume is a child's alphabet.
