Jaargang III, aflevering 2 bestaat niet: de paginaring van aflevering 1 van dat jaar gaat door in aflevering 2/3. COMPLEET. De volledige titel van dit boekentijdschrift luidt: 'Folium librorum vitae deditum', wat 'blad gewijd aan het boekenleven' betekent. Het werd uitgegeven door het indertijd zeer gerenommeerde Utrechtse antiquariaat en veilinghuis J.L. Beijers. Het stond onder redactie van de bekende veilinghouder H.L. Gumbert (1903-1994). Folium bevat bijdragen van onder andere M. Buisman, Dick Dooijes, H. de la Fontaine Verwey, B. de Graaff, G.H. 's-Gravesande (over De Zilverdistel), H.L. Gumbert, Abraham Horodisch (artikel in drie delen over Oscar Wilde's 'Ballad of Reading Gaol'), Chris Leeflang (over Stichting De Roos) en de toen nog piepjonge Johan Polak. Deze set komt uit de nalatenschap van antiquaar en Folium-medewerker Bob de Graaff, die ook correcties en aanvullingen aanbracht in zijn artikel over Alardus Amstelredamus.
