Stitched self wrappers. First edition. 16 pp. 8vo. John Foos was a sugar grower with a plantation and refinery in Louisiana; he testified in Congress against lowering the tariff. Apparently unrecorded. Not in OCLC nor NUC. A very good copy with browning leaves.
