Hardcover first edition with buckram cloth binding (light beige with gold sextant on cover, red title box with gold lettering on cover and spine. Light browning to cover; no bumping or wear. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound. Pages and edges are clean, with rose red top-stained upper page edges. Slight browning to endpapers only. All pages are clean, bright and unmarked, with wonderful illustrations by Gordon Grant. 214 pages.
