From the collection of Nigel Temple, writer and book collector, neatly in pencil he has written the name Thomas Crane next to a question, suggesting that he may be the illustrator. Three plates have been damaged where the oils in the ink have stuck to the facing page. The contents are shaken, former owners ink inscription scrapped off front cover causing damage in top left corner of cover, covers lightly rubbed at extremities, else a good clean copy.
