The League of Voters for Equal Rights (LOVER) was a group dedicated to registerng the gay and lesbian community in an effort to combat Proposition 6, aka the Brigg's Initiative. This (presumably) short-lived newsletter (the initiative was defeated in November of 1978). Not found in OCLC.
