In realtà vi è un ordine nascosto sotto il caos, le cornici si allineano in ben precise scansioni orizzontali e verticali, gli oggetti sono raggruppati per mini-collezioni oppure accostando con audacia pezzi antichi e statuette del presepe. vi sono poi delle nette distinzioni tra le collezioni liberty e quelle orientali che riflettono i gusti specifici del marito e della moglie. Che si sono anche divisi i continenti, a lui l'Asia e l'Africa, a lei il Sud America, come si scoprirà dalla stanza cinese, dal bagno tibetano, dal bagno brasiliano pieno di colore. E poi precisione estrema in lui, caos nelle zone a lei riservate. E uno studiato miscuglio di mobili antichi e di altri di modernissimo design. Serve proprio una guida per capire la scelta e la storia di tanti oggetti. con incursioni nella memoria che danno anche uno spaccato della vita familiare. Libro.
