Le 12 déc…embre 2013 ouvrait « La Radice del Segno », exposition monographique dédiée à l'art de l'estampe chez Hans Hartung. Elle donne lieu à l'édition d'un catalogue pour lequel le critique d'art Achille Bonito Oliva a signé le texte central. Rappelons que cette exposition a vu le jour à l'occasion d'une donation de 138 estampes faite par la fondation à l'institution italienne. L'ensemble de cette donation se trouve reproduit dans le catalogue. En 2010, la fondation Hartung-Bergman a publié en ligne le catalogue raisonné de l' uvre imprimé de Hans Hartung. Après l'exposition itinérante « Hans Hartung Estampes/Druckgraphik » qui a eu lieu en 2010 à la Bibliothèque Nationale de France, puis aux Staatliche Museen de Berlin et aux Musées d'art et d'histoire de Genève, « La Radice del Segno » témoigne une fois encore de l'intérêt pour cet aspect du travail de l'artiste qui apparait comme un point d'ancrage pour une approche critique renouvelée des uvres. Hans Hartung (1904-1989), peintre français d'origine allemande, est l'un des plus grands représentants de l'art abstrait.
