Seller: Catron Grant Books, Rio Rancho, NM, U.S.A.
Paperback. Condition: Good. United States Forest Service, 1974 43 pp plus27 B&W figures and maps. The Dancing Cat site was discovered in 1972 during a sewer excavation.Dancing Cat is a late prehistoric site, located in the open and the excavations produced a number of structural features. These included a large rock-lined baking oven, a sweat lodge, and several other circular rock features that may have been tipi rings or the outline of brush structures plus task specific locations each dominated by a specific function, hide working, pottery manufacture, roasting and possibly plant food/seed processing.0'Connor argues convincingly the site is a single component occupation. Chronometric dates for the site were not available but ceramic materials recovered suggest a post AD 1250 occupation, possible AD 1650 -1750. Text is tight and unmarked. Covers have a moisture stain. Spiral-bound Paper. Good. 88.5" x 11". Privately Printed.

First Edition Signed
Softcover. Condition: Near Fine. Original stereo 45" vinyl record. A few faint scratches, else near fine in a near fine glossy sleeve with light toning and light bumping. Inscribed by Frank O'Connor on the front cover. This is not the famous Irish author, Frank O'Connor, this is the brother of English author Freddy O'Connor who published a book in 1986 about the streets and places of Liverpool in relation to the city's sports history. The back cover states that this song is named after the book and takes inspiration from it, and features three black and white photographs from the book. Also of note for fans of British recording history, this record was made at the famous Amazon Studios in Liverpool that recorded the likes of The Smiths and Black Sabbath, as well as many acts from the local post-punk scene during the 1980s.
