Abzug etwas stärker geblichen, Trägerkarton mit drei-vier vereinzelten kleinen Stockfleckchen. Die Gebrüder Alinari waren Romualdo (1830-1891), Leopoldo (1832-1865) und Guiseppe (1836-1892). Leopoldo begann bereits in der Daguerreotypiezeit zu photographieren und arbeitete für den Lithographen Guiseppe Bardi, mit dem er 1850 ein gemeinsames Photoatelier gründete. 1854 kaufte Leopoldo die Anteile Bardis und mit seinen Brüdern zusammen entstand daraus das Atelier Fratelli Alinari, das später Leopoldos Sohn Vittorio (1859-1932) weiterführte.
