A souvenir for the occasion held at this famous San Francisco hotel; the menu included canapes assortis; oysters Imperial; fillet of sole, saute amandine; breast of guinea hen, Virginia ham, mushrooms, heart of artichoke saute, potatoes Anna; salad Florida; crepes suzette; a Wente Brothers… Sauvignon Blanc was one of the accompaniments offered. Approx. 5 3/4" x 8 1/4" size; nicely printed with leading blue deckle edge; slight wear; in very good condition.
