Fabric is ripped almost the whole length of the hinge on the front, but cover is still well-attached; binding is solid. Front cover has some light scuffs, fading on top edge; back cover is untouched. Overall good.

The publication is a detailed catalog of acclaimed works from Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The works are indexed in detail in multiple ways including by region of origin, nationality of the artist, time period and subject matter. Artists represented include Bosch, Brueghel, Goya, El Greco, Monet and Rembrandt, among many others. Included at the end of the pagination are 128 glossy plates of some of the works mentioned, in b/w photographic reproductions. Binding with some minor scratches and smudges to front and back covers as well as some light bumping to corners, and along a few edges. Interior with light age toning along edges of some of the plates. All images unaffected. Ex-libris at interior front cover. Binding and interior in overall very good condition.
