Il fut d'abord chagé des cours d'anatomie généraale et descriptive. A partir de 1855, il se charge de la chaire de patologie générale. Il publia le premier tome, que je vous présente, et seulement 2 fascicules du tome 2 on paru. Le troisième reste à ce jour non édité ! Très RARE en édition originale. Très bon état du papier; un mors fendu pour la reliure avec des manques au cuir et au papier des plats (bords).
