Mid brown linen-like covers, spine wraps around to be 1/4 faux red leather, back cover is blank and quite clean, front cover has gold emblem encircled with Institutio Homeopathie American 1844 and Similia Similibus Curentur with the image of a man (head and shoulders) all in gi…lt, the spine has gilt lettering with the title, author and publisher.
