Covers age tanned, 1/2 x 1 inch chip off side edge of rear cover, 1 inch chip off upper corner of front cover, 1/2 inch chip off lower corner, three approximately 2 inch tears and several lesser tears and chips along edges of covers, with some stray smudging. Internally, text paper age tanned, an approximately 1/2 inch deep x 8 inch long light tan stain on top edge of last few leaves, otherwise tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked and apparently never read, with colors still sharp.
