Large clam shell case that includes a hardcover book "The Art of Creating Monotypes (Red boards, gold gilt lettering, no jacket, 10.75" tall; 129 pages) and a VHS tape. One owner, original sales slip, errata sheet, large watercolor monotype postcard by Beverly Fredericks, descriptive sheet all laid in under book. Book and VHS tape look almost new - very little use. Clam shell case is 12.5" tall, 2" split at top front left corner and yellow residue at top from sticker. Case is starting to tan/yellow. Due to size and weight, no expedited shipping nor shipping outside the U.S.A. without considerable extra postage.
