Octavo (22cm); contemporary three-quarter brown gilt-ruled morocco over cloth boards signed with rubberstamp by Morrell, elaborate gilt spine in six compartments with repeating fleur-de-lis motif, top edge gilt, marbled endpapers, original cloth bound in rear; xx,382pp.; lithograph portrait frontispiece. Occasional foxing to textblock, remnants of original cloth quite shmutzy, else a Very Good, bright and sound copy in a very pretty binding.
