Doch bis zu diesem entscheidenden Schritt war von den inhaftierten Kommunisten gemeinsam mit anderen Antifaschisten ein Weg zurückzulegen, der von ihnen ein Maximum an Willensstärke, Härte, Ausdauer und klugen politischen Taktieren verlangte.
