Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Limited. 144 pages (complete). Hand-numbered 17 of a limited edition of 100 copies. Signed by both Florence Louie Friedman and J M Sikakana on the certification page. A wonderful collection of the verse of the great Benedict Vilakazi (after whom the famous Soweto street is named). The boards are a little bent by storage. The back board has a consequent length-long crease. The front board has storage marks and scoring. Despite these distractions the boards and spine are steady, sure, efficient. Within, the contents are placid. There are shallow pools, smears, smudges of foxing throughout. Nonetheless, the pages are clean, clear, energetic, vivant, certain, bold, convivial, companionable, generous of spirit and verite. fk. Our orders are shipped using tracked courier delivery services.
