    Folio, 2 leaves of letterpress, 24 plates in colour lithography by Eschebach & Schaefer, orig. half-leather portfolio, spine torn covers rubbed, title mounted on and inside front cover. Includes designs by C.G. Aeckerlein of Leipzig, G. Heuser of Berlin, Joseph Zaehnsdorf in London. This extremely rare work was published in four parts. This copy has been collated against Zaehnsdorf's own which is in the Bernard Middleton collection. Provenance: W.H. Langerveld, Dutch bookbinder (label on front); Bernard H. Breslauer.
