Enrico Fruch, Figlio di Giovanni Battista e Giovanna Puschiasis, passò l'infanzia a Premariacco (UD) e fu maestro elementare a Resia, Osoppo, Moggio e Udine, dove, nel dopoguerra, superati gli esami di ispettore, fu anche direttore della vecchia scuola di San Domenico.
