Spine has light fading, is somewhat mottled, and has shelf wear to its ends. Some tanning to the inner hinges. The bottom end of the fore-edge and of the bottom edge shows a damp spot which extends very slightly onto about 2/3 of the pages. Two small, very light pencil notations on p. 44. Bearing the bookplate of Ben D. Zevin, formerly President of World Publishing Co. of Cleveland reading "From his library of Books about Books.".
