Includes The Branding Iron 1948-63, including some 52 numbers of The Branding Iron from its second issue of April, 1948 [publication 7], to the December 1963 issue, publication number 67 - beginning in 1947, there were five pamphlets published under the title The Brand Book before the title was changed to The Branding Iron in 1948. There are three other publications bound in, known as Keepsakes, included in the sequential numbering, including Publication 23, Jim Waters, by Arthur Woodward, 43 on Charlie Lummis and Gene Rhodes, 46 on Waterman Lily Ormsby II. Absent are publications 17, 19, 28, 42. With: The Branding Iron 1964-1970, number 68 to 99, including Twelve Good Books (80), A Score of Years and Fourscore Issues: Index-Guide 1947-1966 (81), Frontier Fighters (87), missing 91 & 95, believed to be keepsakes. Both of the above are bound in quarter red cloth over pink/lilac patterned paper, general wear, corners rubbed, some gutter gaps, tape mend noted, minor pencil notes on the numbering.
